ab 1974 auch Herstellung von Kameras in Singapur
1981 Übernahme durch Photo Porst,
kurze Zeit später aber Konkurs
Auffanggesellschaft "Rollei Phototechnik" entsteht  1982.
Wechselnde Besitzverhältnisse u.a. 1987-1995 Schneider Werke, Kreuznach,
 seit 1999 wieder unabhängiger Kamerabau unter dem Namen "Rollei Fototechnic"
