1938 Beschlagnahmung des Werkes und Verkauf an Dr. Schleußner (adox)
1945 Rückübertragung an die ehemaligen Besitzer, Fortführung der Kameraproduktion
1961 werden die Franka Werke, Bayreuth übernommen
An 1968 Änderung der Eigentumsverhältnisse, die "Edixa gmbH" führt die Kameraproduktion weiter
1971 wurde Vergleich angemeldet

1945 ownership went back to the Wirgin family
1961  Franka Werke, Bayreuth was taken over
From 1968 new ownership "Edixa gmbH" continues camera production
1971 the factory had to close down.
